What are Zebpay fee and charges?

Zebpay makes money from the difference in rates when we buy from or sell bitcoins to you, which is the standard way with most other companies.

There is a Rs 10 fee on all Rs withdrawals. This is to cover our processing and bank charges. For example, if you request a withdrawal of Rs 5,000 from your Zebpay Rs account, there would be a transaction fee of Rs 10 and the final amount credited in your bank account will be Rs 4,990.

There are no charges when you send or receive bitcoins to or from Zebpay users.

You will be charged a Bitcoin network fee when you send bitcoins to a bitcoin address depending on the number of bitcoins you send. Fees are dynamic and updated on daily basis. Please check your app for latest fees.

For buying vouchers and airtime, there is no hidden fee. You simply pay the bitcoins as per the current sell rate.
